The ultimate or parent cause of poor health, whether physical or mental, is capitalism, and capitalism, alone. Not stress, not poor diet, not lack of exercise, not one's genetic profile.

This is a bold statement, but one that is readily defensible, and utterly comprehensible once one knows the facts.

Given the absolute import of human health to a happy and successful life for we humans, and given the clear cause-and-effect relationship between poor health and capitalism, I conceptualize our four formal PCS health-related content areas together as our PCS Guide to Health.
